Yes, telehealth services are available for all patients.

If you require a refill of medication, please allow one business day (24 hours) notice. 

One full business days’ notice (24 hours) is required for any cancellation. 

For appointments on a Monday, please provide notice of any changes by 5 pm on Thursday prior to appointment.

Private insurance, Medicare, or self-pay:

• Missed initial appointment: $100.
• Missed follow-up appointment: $50.

Please note, no-show/cancellations fees are not covered by insurance and are the responsibility of the patient.

Medicaid, including managed Medicaid:

• Patients sign separate cancellation policy and agree to same day appointments in cases with multiple no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. 

Self-Pay Fee Schedule

• Initial assessment: $200
• 15 minute follow up: $50
• 30 minute follow up: $100
• 45 minute follow up: $150
• 60 minute follow up: $200
